The coupons-balance is always linked with a device, not with an account. In order to transfer the balance to a new device, please do as follow: on your old device go to your coupon account and copy your user-number. Send your old and new user-number (on your new device) to feedback@coupies.de. Our cooperation partner "Coupies" will transfer your balance to your new device.
