After logging into mobile-pocket it will take a couple of seconds until all cards are loaded. If the snychronisation ends but your cards are not displayed, you might have used the wrong credentials or account type. Please also try to log in with another e-mail address, your Facebook, Google or Apple acounts. If this does not help, please send us 3 or 4 barcode numbers and name of cards saved in your account either through the in-app chat (under "settings" and "help") or via e-mail to help@mobile-pocket.com. We will look for your cards and help you to register an account or tell you with which account type you have registered.
